Cheeseburger Pizza

Ingredients

• 1 Top This! Pizza Crust or 2 Flatbreads
  
• 1/3 lb ground beef
  
• 1 tbsp seasoned salt
  
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
  
• 1/2 onion (diced)
  
• 1/4 cup mayo
  
• ketchup, yellow mustard & hot sauce
  
• 2 cups shredded colby jack cheese
  
• 1/4 cup sliced dill pickles (drained)
  

Instructions

1. Preheat oven or grill to 450°
   
2. Brown beef in a skillet over medium heat with seasoned salt, black pepper and diced onion, then drain excess fat
   
3. Whisk mayo, 2 1/2 tbsp ketchup and 1 tbsp hot sauce, spread mixture over crust and top with cooked beef
   
4. Sprinkle cheese over pizza, drizzle ketchup and mustard and spread dill pickle chips
   
5. Bake directly on oven rack or grill for 6-8 minutes
