Pear, Gorgonzola & Arugula Pizza

Ingredients

• 1 Top This 12x6 oval flatbread
• 1 Well ripened Bartlet pear
• 3 oz. crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
• 1 handful fresh arugula
• Oil & vinegar
• Salt & Pepper
• Balsamic glaze

Directions

• Preheat the oven to 450°
• Pinprick the pizza crusts throughout with the tines of a dinner fork
• Top the crust with a thin layer of the Gorgonzola cheese
• Top the cheese with very thin pear slices
• Toss the arugula in oil, vinegar, salt & pepper and cover the pears with the arugula salad
• Beak directly on the rack of the oven for 6-8 minutes
• Remove from oven and drizzle with the Balsamic glaze.
