6 oz. assorted vegetables (summer squash, zucchini, red onion, Crimini mushrooms, red bell pepper) roasted with olive oil, Italian seasonings, salt & pepper
Directions
Spread the hummus on the bare crust with a rubber spatula
Top with the assorted roasted vegetable mixture
Bake in the oven at 400° for 6-8 minutes
Remove from the oven and finish with fresh cracked black pepper and an optional drizzle of balsamic glaze
